Plans, trial and billing

How to choose and pay for your plan: Starter, Growth and Enterprise, the 7-day trial, yearly billing, cancelling, changing plan and your invoices.

Step by step

  1. Open “Plans and credits” from your plan's card at the foot of the sidebar, or with “Choose plan” in the account menu.
  2. In “Choose your plan”, pick “Monthly” or “Yearly”, the currency and the plan.
  3. Press “Start the 7-day trial” or “Continue to payment” and finish in Stripe.
  4. Manage your plan with “Manage subscription”, “Cancel renewal” or “Change card”.
  5. Fill in your “Billing details” and download each invoice in “Invoices” with “Download PDF”.

The three plans

The capacity changes, not the product. Every plan also measures Claude each week, on all your prompts. Compare them in Plans and pricing.

  • Starter, $69/month + applicable taxes: 1 brand, 20 prompts, 20 keywords, 2 daily platforms and 2 members.
  • Growth, $209/month + applicable taxes: 3 brands, 75 prompts, 75 keywords, 4 daily platforms and unlimited members.
  • Enterprise, $349/month + applicable taxes: 10 brands, 200 prompts, 200 keywords, 5 daily platforms and unlimited members.

Payment, cancelling and changes

You pay by card in Stripe, in euros plus applicable VAT or, outside the European Union, in US dollars plus applicable taxes; you see the total before confirming. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial, with a card and Starter capacity. We email you two days before it ends; unless you cancel, the chosen plan is charged when the trial ends.

Yearly billing is one payment and saves at least 20% against twelve monthly payments, without a free trial. If you cancel the renewal, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

When you move to a smaller plan you choose what stays active; the rest is paused with its history. If the console does not offer the change, press “Email us to change plan” and we do it.
