Your data and privacy
What data AnswerGravity keeps, who on your team can see it, how to share it with links that expire, how to export it and how to ask us to delete it for you.
Step by step
- Decide in “Team” who gets in and to which brands.
- Share results with read-only links that expire in 7 or 30 days, and disable them whenever you want.
- Download your data as CSV from Prompts, Citations, Competitors, Sentiment and Listening, and each daily report as a PDF.
- Archive a brand to stop measuring it without losing its history.
- To delete your account or exercise your rights, write to hola@answergravity.com; we will ask for what we need to verify your identity.
What we keep
Your prompts, each platform's answers with their sources, the listening conversations, the reports and the drafts, plus your account and billing data. Stripe handles your card details. The privacy policy names each provider, where the data is and how long we keep it.
Cancelling deletes nothing
Cancelling your plan does not delete your workspace or your data. If you want us to delete them, ask by email; if your workspace has an export, use it first.
