Reports: share your results
How to view, download and share your reports: one version per daily measurement, as a PDF or with read-only links that expire, under your own branding.

Step by step
- Open “Reports”: every daily measurement creates a “Daily measurement” row with its version.
- Press “View report” to see results per model, list position, share of voice and the prompts measured.
- Press “Download PDF” to keep that version.
- Press “Share”, choose whether the link expires in 7 or 30 days and press “Create link”.
- Withdraw a link whenever you want with “Disable link”, under “Active and recent links”.
- In “Account settings”, section “Report branding”, choose AnswerGravity, Neutral or Your agency.
What the recipient sees
A read-only version with its prompts and results, and the “Method and limits” block. Later changes to the report do not reach the link. Disabling it stops future visits; copies already saved stay with whoever has them.
Your report branding
Neutral removes the AnswerGravity name and logo. Your agency uses your logo, name, colour and website, and is included in the Growth and Enterprise plans. Only the owner or an admin can change it.
