What these terms cover
These terms govern the use of answergravity.com and the client workspace, and the purchase of platform plans and agency services. Together with Orders and cancellations, which sets out prices, steps, payment, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal, and, when an agency service is agreed by proposal, with the proposal you accept, they form the contract. Where a proposal says something different, the proposal prevails, except for rights the law does not allow to be reduced. Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy.
Who it is for
AnswerGravity is built for businesses and professionals buying for their work. Whoever creates an account or buys confirms they can accept these terms for themselves or for the organisation they represent.
If you buy as a consumer, meaning for purposes outside any trade, business or profession, you keep every right consumer law gives you, including the 14-day right of withdrawal. Clauses these terms reserve for dealings between professionals do not apply to you.
How you buy
Submitting a form, asking for a free review or creating an account does not buy any paid service or trigger any charge.
Platform plans are bought online: you choose the plan in your workspace and pay by card on Stripe’s payment page, where you accept these terms. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment or, if the plan starts with a free trial, when the trial starts.
Agency services are bought by proposal: we email you the scope, dates, total amount including taxes and the payment and cancellation terms, and the contract is formed when you accept the proposal in writing.
The full steps, the prices and how to correct a mistake before paying are in Orders and cancellations.
Prices, taxes and invoices
Published prices are in euros and, for customers outside the European Union who so choose, in US dollars. You are charged in the currency chosen when you buy. Prices in euros are shown + VAT and prices in US dollars + applicable taxes: VAT and any other tax that applies are added at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated from your billing details and shown separately, with the total, before you pay. If you are an EU business with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge may apply.
Every charge has an invoice, issued with the operator’s tax details and yours and with taxes shown separately. Please give accurate billing details; if there is a mistake, write to us and we will issue the corrective invoice that applies.
Platform subscriptions
Each plan is a monthly subscription (or an annual one, if you bought it before 14 October 2026), paid in advance, that renews automatically for the same period on the card on file until you cancel it. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your workspace: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Unused time in a period is not prorated or refunded, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal and the other rights the law gives consumers.
If we change a plan’s price or features, we will email you at least 30 days before the renewal the change applies to. If you do not agree, you can cancel the renewal before that date.
Service credits
Plans include service credits for specific tasks in the platform, and one-off credit top-ups may be available. Credits are units of service, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another workspace or person. If a payment is refunded or disputed with the bank, the credits it added may be held or cancelled. None of this limits consumer rights: if you withdraw, Orders and cancellations applies.
Account and security
Give accurate details, protect your credentials and tell us if you notice unauthorised use. You are responsible for giving your team the right permissions. We may temporarily block an account to contain documented fraud, abuse or a security risk.
What AnswerGravity does
It organises questions, model answers, sources, competitors, public conversations, reports and drafts that you review. Each observation reflects the stated platform, model and time. We do not guarantee mentions, rankings, traffic or sales. Drafts prepared with AI must be reviewed before any external use, and AnswerGravity publishes nothing on your behalf.
The features and limits of each plan (brands, questions, models, users, listening frequency and AI drafts) are those shown on the plans page when you buy. Grow and Scale respectively include 4 and 12 new articles and 4 and 12 updates of existing pages per subscription month, shared across the workspace brands and members; other drafts (replies, threads and documents) are paid with credits. The allowance does not roll over and begins with the paid plan, not during the free trial. Each draft includes two additional versions within seven days; a failed delivery returns its allowance slot. New included drafts do not spend credits. Once the allowance is used you can order extra drafts, paid with the workspace’s credits at your plan’s rate, which you see before ordering: their credits are reserved when ordered, used on delivery and returned if the draft is not delivered.
Permitted use
You may not use the service to break the law or third-party rights, impersonate anyone, bypass platform controls, introduce malicious code, extract data abusively, manipulate metrics or publish misleading content. You need a valid basis to add data and content to your workspace.
The public conversations shown by listening may contain other people’s data. Use them to understand your market and to take part openly, stating your connection to the brand where there is one, and not to build profiles of people.
Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights in the content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide, protect and maintain the service. AnswerGravity, its software, brand and documentation remain the property of their owner or licensors.
Third-party services
Some features depend on providers of hosting, email, payments, public data collection and AI models. Their outages or changes can affect the service temporarily. Payments are processed by Stripe, which also applies its own terms. We only activate external connectors with authorised credentials, and we show any feature that is not configured as unavailable.
Closure, non-payment and suspension
You can stop using the service whenever you like. Cancelling a plan’s renewal does not delete your workspace: to have the account deleted, ask by emailing hola@answergravity.com; if your workspace has export, use it first.
If a renewal cannot be charged, we may limit paid features until it is settled, and the subscription may be cancelled if payment does not arrive. We may also suspend or end access for a material breach or a security risk, with notice unless urgency prevents it. In every case we respect retention duties and rights that cannot be excluded.
Liability
Each party is liable for the loss legally attributable to it. As far as a relationship between professionals allows, AnswerGravity is not liable for decisions made without reviewing the evidence, indirect loss of profit or failures of third-party services beyond its reasonable control. If you are a consumer, this limitation does not apply to you. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, technical or service reasons, and we publish each version with its effective date. If a change materially affects a running subscription, we will email you before it applies and you can cancel the renewal. An agency service already bought is governed by the version in force when you bought it or accepted the proposal.
Governing law, complaints and contact
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and you can go to the courts where you live. Otherwise, any dispute is subject to the courts that are competent under applicable law. These terms exist in Spanish and English; between professionals, if the versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
For questions, complaints or notices, get in touch by emailing hola@answergravity.com. We answer complaints as soon as we can and within one month at the latest. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the consumer affairs services where you live.
