Orders: the status of your publications
How to follow your media orders: what each status means, what is waiting on you, how to check the publication and how to request that an order is cancelled.
In the console: Offsite mentions › OrdersOpen in the console
Step by step
- Open “Orders” and look at “Active orders”, “Live”, “In processing” and “Waiting on you” at the top.
- Search for an order by its reference or the outlet and open its details.
- If it is “Brief pending”, complete what is missing: the article, the approvals or the payment.
- When the outlet delivers, review the delivered URLs and press “Check publication”.
- If you need to cancel it, press “Request cancellation”: this does not mean the cancellation is accepted or a refund made.
What each status means
- Brief pending: your article, your approval or the payment is missing.
- In processing: it is paid and the outlet is preparing it.
- In review: delivered, with the URLs still to be checked.
- Issues found: the check did not find what was agreed, or it needs review.
- Live: the publication is verified.
- On hold: a cancellation or a refund is in progress.
- Cancelled: cancelled or refunded.
Who manages orders
Only the workspace owner prepares and manages orders; the rest of the team can view them. Buying publications from the Marketplace is in preparation; the proposals you request in Citation outreach are followed there, in “Your requests”.
