Step by step

  1. Choose “Period” and, when there is data per model, “Model”.
  2. Look at “Sentiment distribution”: how much of the sentences naming you is favourable, neutral or unfavourable.
  3. Read “What's lifting your sentiment” and “What's costing you”, and press “View all drivers” to read every quote.
  4. Press “View full answer” under a quote to see its context.
  5. Press “Add to GEO plan” on a driver to work on it from your plan.
  6. In “Competitor comparison”, pick a competitor and compare the tone in the answers you share.

How it is measured

Each sentence that names your brand is classified by explicit words; negated words do not count. It is not a model's opinion. The favorability score, from 0 to 100, is the share of favourable sentences among the favourable and unfavourable ones.

Turning it into action

“Export” downloads the period's recent sentences as a CSV, with their date, model, tone and prompt. What you add to the plan appears in your GEO plan with its status.
