Step by step
- Open a prompt from the Prompts list and go back with “Back to Prompts”.
- On the prompt's card, check its “Visibility”, “Avg. position” and “Sentiment”.
- In “Top brands”, compare the share of answers that name each brand.
- In “Top citations”, click a domain to see the exact pages cited.
- In “Recent responses for your prompt”, filter by “Mention”, change “Sort by” or open “More filters”.
- Press “View full answer” or “View original answer” to read the saved text with its sources.
What each number means
- Visibility: the share of answers to this prompt that name your brand in the period.
- Sentiment: from 0 to 100, the share of answers with an assessed tone that speak well of your brand; mixed ones count half.
- Your rank, next to the chart, is your place among the brands of this prompt, not your place in the lists.
Search volume
On an active prompt, save the keyword that sums it up in “Google search volume”: you will see how often it is searched each month, averaged over the last 12 months. The card itself tells you whether there is data for your brand's country.
